I've seen numbers in the press several times that indicate that the Clinton Foundation spends 10% of the donations received on the actual charities and 90% stays in the foundation for "administrative" costs and the rest is for what again?

Saying they don't personally benefit is a bold face LIE, but then again, that is what we would expect from the unindicted criminal hilLIARy and her grifter partner, the indicted perjurer, Billie BJ.

The Foundation also acts as a sanctuary "parking lot" for the keeping-together (as "staff") the highly-paid (with benefits) foundation muckey-mucks and employees who are ACTUALLY Clinton long-time, less-well known, political-machine operatives dedicated for years and years to her election as president......plus also dedicated to the continuation of Bubba's and Chelsea's speech-making personal incomes of million$ if she gets elected.
