For every dollar donated to the Clinton Foundation, 90 cents goes to admin expense (i.e. lining the pockets of Friends of the Clintons), the other 10 cents goes to actual work, like building factories for Friends of the Clintons in areas of their choosing. But none of it goes to the Clintons themselves, nosiree.

Sure, no “salary”, but do they receive a “stipend”? An honorarium? There are a hundred ways to re-label income from an organization like that. As for “no personal benefit”, to paraphrase William Jefferson Blythe Clinton, that depends on what the meaning of the words “personal benefit” is.
