They have been replaced by a pen and a phone.

Nice to know China is giving up polluting the world - however now who is going to buy our coal that we can’t burn?

You know they haven't. According to the present incumbent of the US Presidency it is not that kind of a treaty.

Can the Senators and Representatives spell i-m-p-e-a-c-h-m-e-n-t?

It is not ratified by the U.S. until the Senate does so.

Total garbage! The US has “ratified” NOTHING. Obola is trying to evade the clear constitutional requirement for treat ratification requiring a 2/3 vote of support in the US Senate.

Obola has zero respect for the US Constitution. He should be impeached and removed from office.

A phone and a pen does not equate to

The President... shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur....
Article II, Section 2, Clause 2

He can agree to terms only to be ratified only by the Senate.

Let’s hang this horse collar on Mitch McConnell and see how quickly he may find his depends are filling up.

Obama is not Dictator.

All treaties have to go through congress and ratified by a 2/3 majority.

Not binding as it was not ratified by the Senate.

OK!! Everybody pay attention!

Lesson for today:

1. The sun is 1,300,000 times as big as the earth.

2. The sun is a giant nuclear furnace that controls the climates of all its planets.

3. The earth is one of the sun’s planets.

4. The earth is a speck in comparison to the size of the sun.

5. Inhabitants of the earth are less than specks.

Study Question: How do less-than-specks in congress plan to control the sun?

>>I wasn't aware that the US Senate had met and ratified this nonsense.<<

They hadn't. Notice the wording. Climate DEAL. It's all in the wording.

If it were a TREATY, the senate would have to ratify it. A deal is purely a concoction of the negro pendejo in la casa blanco.

BBC article is typical liberal bs. This is what the article says about China’s “ratification”
Members of China’s National People’s Congress Standing Committee adopted “the proposal to review and ratify the Paris Agreement” on Saturday morning at the end of a week-long session.

Iow, China has agreed to REVIEW the proposal for them to ratify it. As far as America, no ratification without 2/3 Senate approval.
