Same for Illinois - Community colleges are not free and we have a state income tax.
It is my understanding that if you keep your grade point up, tuition is free in Wyoming. This may end if the big o is successful in eliminating fossil fuel.

Why doesn't Alaska have a two year system? That means that many occupations aren't offered on the college level, police, fire department, hotel/restaurant, etc. Some of the college programs are absolutely outstanding.
