She’s never alone, she has SS, aides, assistants,chauffeurs, Huma, a doctor,etc., following her around 24/7.
The only place she MAY go alone is the bathroom, and I assume someone is there so that she doesn’t injure herself when she has a seizure or coughing fit.
Did she lose those 13 phones while doing grocery shopping in Chappaqua? No.
The story is an insult.

The FBI says its investigation identified “13 total mobile devices” associated with Hillary Clinton's “two known” phone numbers, both in the D.C. area code 212.
212 is a famous New York City area code, not D.C.
NYC got 212 because it was the fastest valid area code to dial on a dial phone. Chicago and L.A. got the two second fastest: 312 and 213 respectively. Washington DC has a slow dial code, 202.

Something else to consider- in the Clinton White House, it was discovered that there were several phone lines that did NOT go through the WH switchboard, so no in or out calls were logged. On discovery the lines went dead.
Another case of deliberately skirting recordkeeping requirements.
