According to the FBI report released to the public on Sept. 2, “State Diplomatic Security Service (DS) instructed Clinton that because her office was in a SCIF (a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility), the use of mobile devices in her office was prohibited.”

But FBI interviews with three former DS agents “revealed Clinton stored her personal BlackBerry in a desk drawer in DS ‘Post 1,’ which was located within the SCIF on Mahogany Row.” …

Yet young dad sailor who took a pic of his sonar panel - that he sent to NO ONE - gets prison time. Because his last name isn’t Clinton.

He should be Trump's first pardon.

By using personal devices to retrieve e-mail from her private server when secure devices were available to retrieve e-mail from her private server demonstrates her intention to circumvent security and record keeping requirements.

She belongs in prison.

Is this going to be a spy scandal? How many photographs did she take before she had her I-phone hacked into?
High treason with money going into Clinton Foundation?

Clinton took affirmative steps to establish, maintain, and use private infrastructure to conduct official business. Clinton used the Department of State was an appurtenance to her personal operations - witness Department of State action benefiting donors to the Clinton Foundation.

I’m quite sure she had no need to da anything. The right software on a smart phone and it does the work for you. I have little doubt that she was not actively passing data to someone else(s).

Now we know that SCIFs have no active RF detection on going- otherwise she would have been on the radar, or maybe she was.....

While on active duty I worked 3 cubicle compartments away from the door to the SCIF for 3+ years and was inside there exactly 5 times and felt exactly as you are describing.

Laws are for little people. Important people are exempt.

What do mean, “going to be”?

She has been the moslem lackey since day one as SecState.

The Bent One sold us out to the Chicomms.

Cankles handed over everything else to the Radical Islamic Terrorists.

The FBI continues to point to it’s own failings. This is like a bad dream that we can’t wake up from.

There are days I think of calling it quits. It doesn’t seem worth it anymore. There is just too much stuff to worry about when you have a clearance. All it takes is one little screw up and you’re done. The problem for me is I’m a dinosaur. My skills are no longer needed in the civillian world as 90% of electronic equiptment no longer gets troubleshot to component level. It’s mostly pop and swap modules now, and no company other than the Defense firms are going to pay me what I make now.

And yes, I have worked in a SCIF.

I'm fairly certain that anyone who has worked in a SCIF understands the grave danger that Hillary has caused to national security.

However, keep in mind that the majority of Hillary voters/supporters think that national security is just a conspiracy by the government to hide things from the people.

This guy was offered full scholarship at Naval Academy and chose to enlist, to serve immediately.

Poor decision-making right there. Kinda explains his later poor decision-making. Something ain't right with him.

Ahh Yes. That same old Clinton defiance we have seen all along. Rules are for us, not for her. The arrogance!
