It is worse that that! She says it is not classified unless there is a security header, and one of the released emails has here actually directing that headers be removed from classified emails in order to send them on her private server.
She is counting on the average voter to not know hoe classified information is controlled or that she sent her staffer an email to remove security classification headers from messages and send them to her unsecured server.

I’d bet that almost every official communication between the SofS and state department, or other government officials would at least be classified as “Confidential”, and quite a few would be classified higher.
This whole thing is totally bizarre, especially to anyone who’s been in the military and handled any degree of classified material.

if not...anyone could declassify a document by just removing the header...
One would think that every work related document handled by the Secretary of State should be (AND IS) considered as classified. Otherwise, they could just publish it in the Sunday news.

Plus, alot of these emails were cut and paste jobs from classified documents. So, the email sent had no classified header, but all of the material inside was classified.

I found it hilarious today that the “not very sophisticated” Clintoon had become an expert on classified documents. She now knows all about “headers” and sh*t. They must have had a hell of a time shoving all of that down her throat and hoping that she could “remember” and “recall” it long enough to talk about it with the “media”.

Let the average GI remove a header and put in into an e-mail and see how fast he ends up in Leavenworth! Or generate any document that talks about intel methods and sources, unannounced troop movements or specific comments on nuclear weapons storage without putting the headings and paragraph markings on it and see where it lands you.
