Be careful before running with this. I just watched the video and focused on her left ear. I think it’s a little skin shine now and then.
Look at the closeup photo (I’m sure you have). There appears to be two “pearls” in her ear, or she has a growth there. There is a definite circular edge which is lighter in tone than the inside of her ear. If it were an oily ear, there wouldn’t be two shiny spots there but maybe a streak. Anyway, the highlight is convex and not concave.
