Drudge is essentially a one-man operation so if he's sleeping in this morning or swimming at the beach, he's missing the whole thing.
He still has that "back tick" mark in upper left hand corner of his homepage which some take to be a precursor of him breaking a major news story. It's been there since about Thursday. For what it's worth, the "back tick" is deliberate. If you look at the HTML code, it was purposely placed there. Just odd.

Drudge has backup editors. That’s how Andrew Breitbart started out—working as a backup editor on the Drudgereport. Iirc, Breitbart filled that role for ~10 years.
