Huge ears flapping in the breeze as his head pivots left-right-left-right reading his blather, each sentence droning on until the last word, which he punches out. Then another flat, droning sentence, with the last word punched out. Sending the message to the whole world that nothing delights him more than bombings, beheadings, FGM, people jumping from burning buildings, etc.
