Kaine wasn’t voted on, in the primaries, by the voters. Second place Dem nominee is Bernie.
Not sure what the DNC rules are. They’re prolly updating them, as I type :)
Bernie would definitely have a case to be the nominee should the Crooked One be forced to drop out for medical issues. If not for the rigged super delegates, he would have been awfully close in “won” delegate count to HRC. Much closer than Cruz ever got to Trump.
