Notice how all her people formed a human shield against cameras. This is not new to them.

She is in even worse shape than it looks at first glance. They have her propped against one of those steel pillars. As soon as they move her away the collapse begins. Watch it carefully, she is not even able to stand without leaning against the pillar.
