No. Tim Kaine didn’t run in the primary, nor did he receive a single vote to become the Dem nominee. He’s only just now running for the office of VP.
Bernie would replace Hillary as nominee if she’s forced out of the race.

Possibly but they could also delay the race....which I think they would do to keep her in it.
