If you watch the video closely you can see she is leaning against a post, arm in arm with her personal *ahem* “handler” Huma.
If you watch her feet closely, it’s apparent that when she starts to move towards the van she is quite unstable and stumbling from the first step.

Another aide takes her right arm but fails to hold her up properly and when she steps off the curb she starts collapsing and keeps going down until she is lifted in by the people around her.

She's not 'arm in arm' with Huma. It's a stocky nurse's assistant? Looks like the nurse (?) behind her (and ShotDoc) was calling 911?

I don’t think she “took a step.” I didn’t see any initiation, by her, of moving her right foot. Her torso is pulled away from bollard by an aide, and her legs and feet just go along for the ride.

So disappointing she didn’t go all the way to the ground. Would have been tough managing that optic. 200lbs? of dead weight not easy to maneuver.
