The weather in NYC is probably similar to Pennsylvania weather and I can tell you it’s lovely fall weather here, not too warm, slight breeze, hint of rain, lovely patio weather.

We just had a mild heat wave break in the NYC area last night. It's windy and partly cloudy right now, with highs supposed to be around 80. The humidity is low and it is more comfortable than its been in several weeks.
Anyone who gets "overheated" in this type of weather should be running for public office in Finland.
