She didn’t make it under her own power. I noticed the black agent who is suspected to be a medical aide opened the door to the van, then grabbed Hillary under her arm.

She was barely able to make it into the van.She didn't make it into the van, she was carried into it. Watch her feet. She's buckled at the knees. They surrounded her and lifted her in.
I'll probably get flamed for this, but prayers for Mrs. Clinton. She is a very ill woman and the stress of a Presidential campaign can't be helping. I don't wish her any ill will; I simply want her, and her followers, soundly defeated come November.

Her legs buckled, she was barely able to stay upright, and looked like she had generalized weakness or a near loss of consciousness. Could be a lot of things, ranging from low blood pressure (e.g. from medications, dehydration, or autonomic dysfunction), to marked hypoglycemia (she is overweight enough to have developed Type II diabetes and so could be on meds/insulin), or a neurological issue.
