Tin foil hat time: What if she knows (or at least thinks she knows) what Julian Assange has to release this week. A fainting spell would give her the excuse to go offline for a few days, and also give her the sympathy vote with the press to stay away from "piling on" with her illness in full swing. This might be a head-it-off-at-the-pass move and it could have an additional benefit -- if she's ill, she might be too ill to prosecute. Lots of mobsters use this ploy.

either they thought they could get her into office just because she's a stinking rat and they could protect her image as all good little SCM does....OR..
they fully planned on having Kaine be president...he's younger...more dangerous...and his son has already met with Soros....
