drs can kind of fudge a diagnosis.....they also will put the elderly in the hospital with Urinary tract infections and "weakness" and Medicare lets them get away with it..

you can make a diagnosis of pneumonia without an xray....you can go on symptoms and physical exam only...and all that can be subjective.
