If they decide to replace her she will be replaced. Ballots can be printed again, mailed again, etc.
I think that each state has jurisdiction as to deadlines for printing and distributing ballots, so it is not that easy to just print them again and again, as you suggest, IIRC.

It isn’t a reprinting of ballots that they are worried about. What they are worried about is that the voting machines, in many cases, have already been hacked for Hillary. If she drops out, they have to hack them all over again. While the machines are notoriously easy to hack, they are concerned that doing so could result in being caught. They have been planning their cheating methods for months now, and they don’t want to start over.

Not True- Not without major federal and state legislative acts, and most likely a delayed election which would require and act of Congress.
The democrats would have to make a public announcement that the votes for Hillary would automatically apply to their new candidate, but the new candidates name would not be on the ballot. Hillary’s name would still be there. I don’t think that is fair, but I guess it is the way it is. Someone might have liked Hillary, but Hated Biden for example-but if they already voted then they are SOL. As you say they have already voted for the democrats electors.
