She had secure info on an unsecure server, no one should get near it unless they had an appropriate clearance.

My understanding was that she never had any .gov accounts set up for SIPRNET or other secure platforms, anybody out there know anything about that?

According to sworn depositions by her staff, HRC:

• Flatly refused to use ANY Government terminal, system or network.

• Flatly refused any e-mail account in the @STATE.GOV domain.

• Flatly refused to take any of the offered computer training or tutoring to enable her to use USG systems.

• Only had a USGOV FAX machine in her office -- NO computer.

So, you're correct: HRC never had an account on any secure USG system.
