A wealthy private equity investor told former Secretary of State Colin Powell that Hillary Clinton 'HATES' President Obama in newly leaked emails between the two men that were leaked by D.C. Leaks and obtained by The Intercept. Jeffrey Leeds wrote to Powell in one email which was posted on Twitter by Lee Fang that all Clinton wants is to win the upcoming election, and that she might not win in the end. He then went on to say: 'It's the one prize she wants. She has everything else. And she HATES the President ("that man" as the Clintons call him) kicked her a** in 2208. She can't believe it or accept it.'

What knockout blow can Powell throw? Endorsing Hillary? Something else? Honestly, I don’t think most Americans care what Colin Powell has to say.
With the release of information from the Powell emails about Hitlary, if I were him (which I am glad not to be), I would be extra careful where I go, what I do or what I eat, people who go against the Clintons often wind up dead. Now he’s on the list.
Obama would have been carrying their bags a few years earlier.
I pray to the Lord himself that Hitlary Clinton NEVER EVER becomes POTUS. Please God spare us.

I don’t know any more than you do, RAC. All I have is a guess. But to this observer, Beau’s death seemed to hit Biden like a ton of bricks. I’m not close enough to him to have any particular insight, but it appears his perspective changed after he lost his son. Politics didn’t seem as end all, be all. Something was missing, iow, that not even the presidency could fill.
Again, just a guess.

You have no idea. Losing a child is devastating — mentally, physically, spiritually. My daughter died 7 years ago, and I grieve her every day. I will never get over it. No parent ever does. I am no fan of Biden’s, but I understand what he is going through.
My deepest condolences. You’re right; I can’t begin to imagine. When my Dad died, my fraternal Grandmother said, “No parent should have to bury their child.” I’ll never forget it.
