Jack Kingston says the poll that says 70% of people want them relased is a push question, and if it isn't brought up, people wouldn't bring it up.
Another good answer is that not releasing the tax returns is a risk that Trump appears willing to take. The press has no shortage of "not transparent" issues. Let them howl about them, their choice of what to report.

They were talking about this on F&F this a.m. There is a giant jumbotron (or whatever you call it) in Times Square with a picture of DJT in a superman type costume with a T on the front and “Super Trump” on it. I just found a picture of it on post #3 on the thread below. It’s so fun!
BTW - as you’ll see from the thread (if you didn’t hear this morning), Mexico wants to build a WALL on it’s southern border to keep out immigrants. Looks like Mexico may be paying for 2 walls :-)

I hope he does not release them - I could care less what is in them. He already released about 100 pages of financials as required, and, apparently there’s a lot more in those than the tax returns. .
It’s the Dims and LSM (same thing) that want them to find some more things to pick Trump apart with. Probably very insignificant things, but they’ll blow it all out of proportion like they normally do. I think they want to see his charitable giving (not all of it would be included because he helps people here and there) and make a big deal of that if it’s not what they think it should be.
We need to turn it around and focus on Hillary releasing her health records (and not just for the last few days of pneumonia). IMHO that is far more important for us to know about the CIC.
