After CNN tries to push as fact that Hillary "always knew this would be a close race" as fact, David Gregory reminds the audience that the DEMs and pundits have not always said they thought this was a close race. The prevailing attitude all along has been that Trump is a joke, and he can't win. There is ample evidence of this attitude and prediction.

Also trotted out was that if Clinton had run against Kasich, of course the race would have been close all along.

Don Lemon (all of CNN actually) is fixated on Trump's birther stance.

Lemon gives away the talking points: transparency, Russia, Trump attracts bigots, Trump is a racist (birther).

The polls. I think they will ramp up the dumb attacks on Trump's health, Trump's business (both overseas, and his family connection to it if/after he is elected).

New Hillary surrogate on CNN - Melissa Mark-Mark-Viverito - Trump has a for profit business in contrast to the Clinton Foundation being charitable, so his dealing in foreign nations is problematic. Total non sequitur. Neither form of entity is per se honest or dishonest. Both can be used "wrongly."
