In Garrett’s world only Garrett gets to humiliate and degrade Trump. It does not work the other way. Only Trump has the media skills to stick it to them. Trump knew there was going to be a media frenzy because of the birther thing. Trump figured he may as well profit at their expense and boy did he profit handsomely.
