I do love that musical and the movie was good too...but let’s not forget how that song ends and when its message is truly made real.
The first singers of that song rally in a political mode and end up lying dead in the street. Only at the end, when they’ve looked to the Heavenly City can they truly sing of harmony.
Just Sayin’.
Unfortunately, this is probably what will be required here as well.
And the revolution brought persecution of the Church and the beginning of communism.
It is the revolution we would have if the progressive, liberals were fighting it.
