I was surprised at the review of the Clinton/Kaine book though. Fit right in with the Amazon reviews. And to see Kaine on the Sunday shows hawking the book was funny, knowing how it had been reviewed.
The DEM ground game is really an election day phenomenon. Walking around money, moving people out of the rest homes to the polling place and voting for them, etc. The fact that they aren't out door knocking months in advance is probably not unusual. I will say that the video is good evidence of an enthusiasm gap though. But the way I see it, "ground game" is independent of "enthusiasm."

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko during his visit to the United States is planning to meet with both U.S. presidential candidates Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump, according to Poroshenko`s spox Svyatoslav Tsegolko.
Trump also has an event scheduled today. 3 pm in Ft. Myers, Florida. Busy week. And the polls are moving against Hillary. The press has little to work with. The birther issue fizzled and flopped, the supposed premature call of a bomb won't work, and the "tweet of condolences when nobody died" is a non-starter. I don;t believe the "Trump suggests violence against Clinton" will work this time, any better than it did last time.
CNN starts its coverage on the bombing, and moves to the politics of terror, where it will discuss the difference in approach offered by Camp Crooked vs. Team Trump.
