I’m not sure, but I do know in the past that these Reuters samples, which are from the national poll, are usually very tiny.

VT for Trump is somewhat plausible because it's the epicenter of Bernie Sanders supporters. In the March 1 primary, Bernie crushed HRC by a margin of 86-14!
Many of these supporters are likely "neverClintons" and might just vote Trump out of spite.
