I am thankful that WHOMEVER set the bomb, was thwarted from their desired outcome, with only a poor trash can as a fatality.

Being that it happened in New Jersey, I would think that a ‘local family’ just might wish to inquire about, and hopefully, with a better outcome than any federal government agency might provide.

A ‘local family’, plus NJ has several people who train special forces on how to spot IEDs, and how to track down the person who planted them.

That’s a dangerous state to plant bombs in.
