Local police spokesman said that start of race had been delayed or a lot of runners would have been near the blast. When asked if it was terrorism, he would not comment until investigation is completed. If I was in his place I’d be inclined to respond to that question with “What the hell do YOU think it was?”

FOX Radio said on their hourly update that the blast was near bathrooms that had been used by runners earlier in the morning.

Not ruling out terrorism, but a small explosion could have been from a lot of things.
