I’m not Catholic, but my wife is, so we go to her church often. Almost every Sunday we attend, in the prayers we are led to ask for “welcome” and generosity to all immigrants and refugees. Even my wife, who is a legal immigrant, has to roll her eyes.
Compassion is one thing — stupidity is another.
Same here. Been going with a couple friends to different denominations and it’s the same thing.....Follow the money.
