Yeah, I live in a fairly laid back, sleepy area of Alabama, and I think this kind of flew under the radar with a lot of people. There's going to be a shock tomorrow morning when people leave home for work, and try to stop for their Monday gas. I topped off my SUV, my wife has a half tank in the truck, and out backup Pontiac has about a quarter tank or so. We ought to be OK for this week, but if that pipeline bypass isn't online quick, it's going to be a rough weekend.

I’m in a sleepy distant suburb of Montgomery, and it took people by surprise here, too. There were a lot of people filling up this afternoon. I topped off my emergency cans, too, just in case.
