If Obama should pre-pardon Hilary, that would set her up as a witness against him. That would be sweet.
He has eyes like as we do and can see its not worth the damage it will do to his legacy to pardon someone who looks like they are going to be dead in 6 months.
At this point she done so many stupid things and she is becoming less and less a threat with each hour she isn't on the campaign trail.
