Each race team has to get its own sponsors. NASCAR does not provide sponsors. Unlike affirmative action, you have to actually succeed in NASCAR.

The NBA could be sued for its lack of diversity.
I thought maybe it was because of not enough Asian NASCAR teams.
I guess that it is time to sue the NFL for being anti-white. Blacks are over-represented in the league by 6 times. I don’t see many native americans or Chinese either.
And the Chase is on..... Two more races in the first round of 16.
I don’t keep up with NASCAR, but I would bet Black participants would be welcomed with great cordiality.
Of course if we are going to cite the participation level as evidence of discrimination, what are they going to do about the NFL?
Lets see. The Black populace makes up about 13% of our nation’s people.
We have turned Basketball, Football, music, and other parts fo the entertainment industry over at more than 50%. Now some idiot isn’t happy that they haven’t been gifted Nascar as well.
Is it that they haven’t been gifted Nascar yet, or it is that Nascar is so racist because it’s still a very loyal to the nation enterprise?

Reminded me a outtake from Deadliest Catch. Sig is on the mainland for a PR gig. A crowd of people are asking for autographs and one chimes in that the show is racist.
