Good morning. While walking through the city Market downtown I saw a couple of guys knitting in a booth. They looked like pros and their mouths were going a mile a minute while their needles were flying. They were young millennials busy knitting and selling their work. They looked comfortable among the older beekeepers, jam makers and the like. It would have been a beautiful picture during my camera days. Take care and enjoy the day.

Adorable!! I’m soon going to attempt fingerless gloves (working on matching scarf now) in moss stitch. Have a super simple pattern. If I can master this, it’s Christmas presents for the family.
One thing that I was able to do, is to produce a fabulous knitter, my daughter. Poor thing had to learn from YouTube videos though, certainly not from me!

My sister learned to knit by using very large needles (broomsticks) and making Afgans She said the final produces became easier and faster as she maid for each member of family Knitted on her school bus as she waited at school to let the kids out.
YouTube, classes, I’m starting to feel like a veteran. Glad to see your daughter took up the craft. My granddaughter will sometimes knit with me. Makes it more special.

I know - apparently, there are a lot of non-thinking people in the country to even consider voting for Illary.
I agree with you:
1. I couldn’t stomach listening to that voice or her lies for 4 years (same as I am with Obummer, can’t stand his evil face or listening to him spew his lies).
2. Between the terrorist events here last weekend and the riots last night (and listening to some of them, including the dead guys brother’s remarks about white people), I think (hope) people will wake up. That said, I only listen to some shows on Fox and Fox Biz, so I don’t know what others are seeing/hearing, which I think is quite different from what we do.
I use to knit myself. Afghans, hats, mittens, sweaters and vests. That was years ago. I enjoyed knitting then I read fiction mysteries and that really takes me to another place. I have every Agatha Christie book she wrote and have read all. Reading the J.D.Robb series and I have all of hers thanks to the local Salvation Army store here in our town. But I jump around usually reading two different books at a time. I like to mix my stories because it helps me focus better on on the mystery book.

Good morning! Thank you for the link! I am dumbfounded our Trump isn’t simply cleaning H. Clinton’s clock. ⏰ It doesn’t seem plausible so many people are willing to overlook her low character and lies.
