He sees the writing on the wall. Trump winning and he’ll need to be in good graces with Pence and others. He is a big grabber of moving ahead at all cost.
I don’t think anyone cares at this point. He’s just trying to jump on the Trump Train and leave his sinking ship. Too little...too late.....IMHO.
