She shot because women have fewer muscles than men and thus women are more fearful.

I'm in Tulsa and have been following this one. He was a bad dude on PCP, kept reaching into his pocket despite orders not to, and got killed.

She seems to have panicked and shot when the taser went off. So sad.

I am thinking that she thought he was being shot at when he was tazed—and just went with the pack instinct.
