Clintons shell out $1.16M to buy house next door in Chappaqua

It’s not quite the Kennedy compound in Hyannis Port, but Bill and Hillary Clinton are expanding their Westchester spread by buying the house next door, The Post has learned.
The Clintons shelled out $1.16 million for the three-bedroom, 3,631 square-foot, ranch-style home set on 1.51 leafy acres on Old House Lane in Chappaqua.
Westchester County land records and tax records from the town of New Castle — where Chappaqua is located — list William and Hillary Clinton as owners of the property.

In 1987 I got a promo relocation to Pleasantville. The property taxes on a 2 bedroom cottage were $9,000 per year. I asked for what? The realtor said “to keep most people out”

Bill just had the big birthday fundraiser for the “foundation” which he said it worked out well. wasn’t it like 25k-100k to attend or something like that?

That translates to a 12 X 10 foot room under a 3600 sq foot, single story home

Maybe she’s thinking she’ll be elected president and the secret service will stay in the “new” house which she will lease back to the government. Isn’t that what Biden does?

A ranch style house would have fewer stairs for Illary to contend with.

Hillary’s got to have a place to go to when she loses to Trump. She can’t live with Bill, so she’ll live next door to him. Is the house at least within ash-tray, and lamp throwing distance?
