Why do these mayors want their towns burned down?
So they can be victims with a microphone in front of a TV camera??!!!
And btw, Jennifer Robert’s was my college professor at UNV- Charlotte.
A couple of possibilities:
1. If you successfully position your city as a Terrible Racist Place, government and foundation grants to "fix" the "problem" increase, resulting in more enrichment opportunities for the Mayor and Democrat cronies.
2. The Mayor hopes Roy Cooper will be elected Governor and will reward her with a position in his administration.
