The narrator refers to them as 'the generation that will conquer Baghdad, Jerusalem, Mecca and Rome'.
On a tour of a sharia institution, run by the Islamic State in the Al-Khayr province of Syria - according to the Middle East Media Research Institute, which posted and translated the video - young boys are asked about their dreams and aspirations.

I think the worst war in history in terms of lives lost is coming. Maybe 100 to 300 million dead. 90% on the Muslim side. However, I think it’s clear that Muslims have far more fervent love for their political religious system, than the west does.
Adherent’s of Islam understand and embrace their goals to make the world submit to their system.
American’s increasingly lack understanding and respect for America’s home of the brave, land of the free, mission.
