Either it’s about the political contributions/bias of the moderators... or it’s about Hillary’s “special needs”. She may be about to tip her hand beyond any possible recovery.

They make ear pieces/receivers so small (almost microscopic) that they can fit deep into the ear canal out of sight, or even underneath the skin in the ear canal with a surgical procedure. So even if her ear were examined, the device would not necessarily be detected. There’s also a complex, signal-scrambling delivery system that makes it hard to jam.

There will be way too many transmitters in the area for that to be of any use. I'm sure their mics are wireless. Also, every freaking phone in the area is a transmitter as well. You'd have to know exactly what frequency to be looking for, and if they had any brain at all, it would be a spread spectrum device making localizing it even more difficult.
For the DNC convention, from the time she walked out on stage until she finally exited, it was some two hours total she was on her feet. Therefore, she should have no problem standing for a 90 minute debate.

What this means is that that podium is rigged in some way to help her stand or communicate or something. A hidden support rod hanging out the back maybe. It going to be a real James Bond podium.
Trump should take a gander over there any chance he gets.
And Someone should inspect her ears before the debate begins.
Just saw another possibility about the podium too. It could be rigged to give her injections of medicine during the debate.
No bathroom breaks? She wears a catheter... Trump will be at the disadbsantage.
No breaks for coughing? She'll look like a victim... they WANT him to look ‘insensitive’.
No change to ‘catch your breath’... two on one with moderator and Hillary teaming up against Trump? She has an earpiece to cheat - Trump's on his own... The liberal elite team wants him flustered.
She will ‘misunderstand (intentionally) what he's saying to make him appear defensive... the moderator won't ‘catch’ the technique.
Hillary backers will be sprinkled in the audience for maximum effect... forming ‘applause triangles’...
Trump will be attacked for everything he takes pride in... so he needs to be prepared of that .. .and remember that those of us watching know a lot of their tricks... their the same tricks elites play on us to diminish our power. When he speaks he must know he's speaking to us - not to the haters running the game..
Hillary appears to have publicly experienced more significant health problems since the DNC at the end of July. Her physical condition appears to be deteriorating over the past couple of months. Keeping an awareness of her physical and mental condition and attempting to minimize (or at least conceal) any health problems, while at the same time delivering the lies she has to supply to the moderator and the audience has got to be stressful.
I wouldn't put it past Team Hillary to bribe someone in charge of refreshments to slip Donald a mickey so he has his own medical episode in front of the nation.
