This is not good for us. Cheryl Mills is not going to say anything. She will never have to say anything. She is just getting rid of the risk of being charged. Because she is Hillary’s lawyer or the Foundation’s lawyer she can always be silent because of attorney/client privilege. I am very upset with the people getting off in hopes they will testify.
Politico says partial immunity.

We all know of crony capitalism - maybe this can be called political cronyism, to reflect the corrupt taking care of the corrupt.

Cheryl Mills is a 25 year protector of the Clintons. There is no way she is ever going to testify against them. NEVER EVER GOING TO HAPPEN.
She will immunity in return for her telling “everything she knows.”
And, obviously, she knows nothing.
But when she testifies “she knows nothing”.
As Hillary’s lawyer what happened to place Mills in jeopardy?
Did she ‘proffer’ an agreement on what she would testify?
You NEVER grant immunity before you know what they will say. Otherwise they just go up and say “I did it all- it was all my fault, and you can’t touch me”

Watching the IRS, Benghazi, and now Clinton e-mail scandals, its just political theater. These things are a joke and are proving Congress is completely impotent.
Obama’s minions just ignore subpoenas, hide or delete information at will, no investigation is ever completed - and no one is punished.

No. Nothing like that I think. What I think this is may probably be inoculation against prosecution under an administration not of the CABAL. She can’t be targeted for certain ‘covered/protected’ immunity charges in future, unfortunately
IOW, I think they now think (or know) TRUMP is going to win and there will be immunities and pardons (if it has to come to that) galore.
That’s what I’m thinking. Just a dumbass country boy’s opinion.
The way the FBI has been behaving lately, I would say this move was just to run interference in any effort to prosecute.
I now perceive the FBI as a tool of the Obama administration rather than an objective law enforcement organization. They only enforce laws against Obama's enemies, not his allies.

The investigation is over... done... and Comey decided not to refer it to the DOJ, so it's finished.
News of her having been given immunity is just another poke in the eye over that whole thing. More proof that the so-called investigation was a sham all along.
Which means she’s guilty as sin.

Real prosecutors doing their job grant immunity to obtain testimony/evidence, and know before the immunity is granted what the testimony/evidence will be.
The immunity being granted by the Obama/Lynch/Comey cabal is intended to throw a blanket of immunity over key players/witnesses to protect them from the questioning of Congress and any others who might actually be seeking the truth. They do not want incriminating evidence to surface anywhere in this case.
In exchange for what valuable service to the government did Mills receive immunity?
1) Testifying against wrongdoers.
OR
2) Covering up for Hillary and the Dems.
I wonder if this means she can’t take the 5th anyway.
What if she accepted the immunity and will still cover for her Hillary anyway, by lying or claiming memory loss?
