I would also make it a crime to glorify gang activity in a song, video, movie, youTube flick, or any other media presentation.
A manditory six month sentence for the first infraction, and a five year sentence for the second.

Actors
Musicians
Property owners where the media was produced or filmed
First offense to property owners, a fine
Second offense, confiscation of property.
Anyone who is found to have allowed gang activity to take place on their property, would have their property confiscated.
Why? So the BLM thugs and the entire socialist race-baiter city government can blame the deaths of every black person in chicago on whitey?
After Charlotte, Baltimore, and Ferguson/St. Louis, nobody even associated with law enforcement in their right mind would even go near those cities, let alone work for them.

Actually, you get the word out, you wouldn’t have to take action against every gang.
You take down ten, twenty, thirty gangs, and the rest will dissolve.
We had a cop killed by a gang member here in the Burbank area. They brought in a special task force from several local cities. They did use RICO laws. They arrested every member of that gang and placed them in prison.
That’s what it takes.
