If the beest breaks down physically, what should The Donald say? What about: “Is there a doctor in the house?”

Not only say, is there a doctor in the house, he needs to add that we simply must stop and take care of the elderly senior citizen on the stage before we go forward. I don’t like to take advantage of the feeble old folks.

Rush posed a similar question to his listeners today, asking if Donald Trump should go over to her and offer assistance if she suffers some type of medical episode during the debate. In my opinion, he should not approach her unless if is obvious she is about to collapse in the same manner as she did at the 9/11 ceremony. He should prop her up, then get out of the way as soon as the Secret Service or medical personnel come on stage and get her (which will happen within seconds.) If she suffers a coughing spell, Trump should turn to the moderator and politely suggest that Hillary be given a minute or two to compose herself. There is no downside in Trump doing this, and millions watching at home will see exactly what's going on. It will be virtually impossible for Hillary's team to spin this in a way that puts Donald Trump in a bad light (although I'm sure they'll try.)
