SOOOOOO .. THERE WAS A WEAPON .. AND THE FORENSICS PROVE HE HELD IT AND HIS BLOOD WAS ON IT INDICATING HE PROBABLY HAD IT IN HIS HAND WHEN HE WAS SHOT.
