I don’t know whether that opening debate photo is photoshopped (it must be) , but Trump should do nothing like that. He can come out of the debate wayyyyy on top rhetorically, and make a great and unprecedentedly positive impression, but half of it will be undone if he gets snarky with Hillary’s condition, if she starts coming undone. He should be a gentleman, and ask if she needs a break, etc, assuming it comes to that. The apprehension in the air about how Hillary will come across will be the proverbial “so thick you could cut it with a knife”.
Do NOTHING!

If she has water, there’s no need to offer her his water. If it was a man, he would likely stand respectfully and wait it out. If it’s a prolonged hackathon, he may even be a gentleman and offer to go along with a rescheduling of the debate.
