If Hillary Loses Dems face a long time in exile (uplifting thought for today)

The shock for Democrats if Clinton loses will likely be more severe than for Republicans if Trump loses. Two decades ago, self-described moderates, and even conservatives, voted in Democratic primaries. Not so these days. The slump in Democratic primary and caucus turnout, from 38 million in 2008 to 31 million in 2016, was due to a sharp decline in turnout by self-described moderates.

I am just trying to look 8 or twelve years down the road and figure out just where we hope to be and how to get there. We have this subversive influence, Soros, BLM, most Rat voters, etc. I don’t know that their foot soldiers have any clue about where it is what they are doing will lead. Clearly, they are being herded along like sheep, only thinking of the moment. We don’t want to make the same mistake.

Look all the way over on the left side of that chart. Whose line is at the top?

There's no doubt that the GOP establishment came into the 2016 cycle with every intention of shoving another jackass named Bush into the nomination.

Even Ben Carson’s rise later in 2015 can be seen as part of a grassroots revolt against the establishment. Jerry Sandusky would be a special guest on “Sesame Street” before that guy ever got elected to the White House, and yet by September of 2015 he was polling ahead of everyone in the field except Trump.

I just don’t think President Trump can afford to repeat Reagan and try to play nice with the Rats, Soros, BLM, the MSM. We can’t afford to even leave them “wandering in the desert”. If they are not utterly destroyed they will just creep back in and pick up where they left off.

I get my wisdom on political events from the legendary Kinky Friedman:

"In the end, the crowd always chooses Barabbas."

This is why the Democrats will always have an enthusiastic following.

Probably as Republicans.

See the entire Bush family as evidence of this.

They can easily run Hillary again in 2020. The nursing home would make a great venue for press conferences.

We’ve already been living the nightmare under Odumbo, you haven’t seen anything yet.

NOT going to make mistakes, rest assured.

Soros and BLM operate under the “anything goes” Dumbo/Obama atrocity.

Once he’s out, there are laws that can be enforced and others that can be passed......

......but let’s not show our hand just yet.

Then Jimmah Carter, a moderate ( stupid but moderate) won the election?

What gives you the impression that that ignorant son of a bitch was a moderate?

He was a flaming liberal before flaming liberals became du jour.

If the current crop of flaming liberals had it to do over again, the stupid son of a bitch would have been reelected.

They just didn't know quite how to deal with the stupid bastard back then and they couldn't find enough excuses to overcome the massive national rage and embarrassment over the Iran hostage situation.

Now, they glibly excuse or find an excuse for anything and everything the fools do.

Now they've got their damned quisling pieces of shit entrenched in every level of government, they've got their ultimate hero, a half-black muslim-sympathizing apologist with not one, but two terms in the White House...and now, they think they've got a wrap on this election because their candidate is a dove-hawk, lying, two-faced, power-hungry bitch, who just happens to be female.

May she die an ignoble death and may Jimmah Cottah give her eulogy.

RE: NY might also go Trump. The 7-eleven coffee cup poll has Trump beating Clinton 33% to 25% in New York. I don’t think the Dems have the machinery in place to steal New York.

Yes.

They stole and know it, even rewarding people who vote multiple times.

They have been drunk on power.

They have spent like drunken Admirals.

I also personally believe they have become evil.

Wait, wuuutt? How can this be? I thought Serpenthead’s (James Carvill) meme when Obutthead was elected that the Dims would have a 40 year lock on political power... So much for old Serpenthead’s view of the future. I hope.

I agree with your assessment but mark my words, Dems OUT of power might be worse than with them IN power. January recession, riots, inflation, countless court cases...liberals will still exist in the bowels of the machinery and are well-capable of wrecking it. Things that have been rotting and festering for 40+ years might “suddenly” let go, which, of course, will be...Trump’s fault.

What’s the average age of famous Dems...70? The Republicans have a deep bench, and a great farm system-state government.

Perhaps we will have the Trumpian dominance similar to the Republican post-Civil War dominance. And if we are really lucky, we will have Reconstruction of major cities which will totally destroy the DemonRat Party.
