The one thing I got in this video was he definitely had his hands down towards his front as if he were concealing something. On cursory examination no weapon was seen on the ground directly around the suspect. But he could have been laying on it.

It would be helpful if someone could produce a sketch showing where the cop was standing and moving as the video progressed. As I watch the positions of the parked vehicles in the background change during the course of the video, it doesn’t even look like it’s a continuous video from the same camera.

Ok I just saw the video. I may be wrong, but it does look like he had a gun. If you look closely in full screen. It looks like as he was coming out and immediately turned facing the truck, that is where he pulled out his gun from underneath his pant waist. He was holding whatever the object on his left hand as he walked backwards @:21. You need to watch it on full screen and pause it alot to see it.
If Hillary Clinton were to watch the body-cam video and all the frenzied movement in it, she might actually have a seizure.

That fine, upstanding family man, Keith Lamont Scott, whose death is responsible for the rioting and looing in Charlotte, lived in San Antonio, Texas . I check the databases I have access to and looked at his arrest record just in Texas. He was arrested at least 5 times from 2002-2005 and convicted every time. Among the charges were “ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON;” “UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A FIREARM,; “ASSAULT WITH BODILY INJURY,” and “EVADING ARREST.” Again, that’s at least 5 arrests in 3 years with convictions on all. There is of course the question about why he wasn’t STILL in prison for all those crimes—but it does prove that this man was a dangerous criminal, known to carry—and use—firearms in the commission of crimes. I attempted to copy just one of the records and will try to post it here.
