No offense, but I have no idea who this “we” are that you say you are daydreaming with.
The Founders never imagined a consolidated national media would arise that could coerce the federal government into subsidizing consumer spending.
A convention is not the *only* way to correct that, but I’m gmae to give it a try.
We are so gone from Federalism the framers built in a protection against an overarching federal government called article 5. 8 states’ legislatures have passed it and 2 more are close. It is picking up steam and it is truly the only way to give the country back to the people; through the States
