I thought originally it was 90 minutes straight; but now I’ve heard that it will be two 45 minute segments, and also heard that it will be done in 15-min. segments. Does anyone know for sure?

Six 15 minute “segments,” no breaks. Each segment is a question, first to one for two minutes, then to the other for two minutes, then 10 minutes of debate between the candidates on wherever that question leads.
