That would have been a PERFECT place to segue into defending the second amendment and how Hillary does NOT have answers for what she claims to want to accomplish. Who cares if it didn't answer Lester's question? It would have put her on the "I've got a program" merry-go-round of political double-talkers.

If he really wanted to hit her, conclude with: "Mrs. Clinton, you can try to slither away all you want, but the facts are, black employment, and black families, have been destroyed, not just by the circumstances of 2008, but over the last few decades, by the policies of people like you, who have been in power, and use blacks to further your ambitions."
I also wish DT had responded to Hillary about the real causes of the recession of 2008, a subject about which he surely knows 10x more than Hillary. (She tried to blame it on Reagan's & Bush's tax cuts!)
I see your point. But, there wil be another debate. This is a learning process for him. She’s been hanging around smooth talking political liars her entire adult life. Geez, look what she did as an attorney to the child who was raped.
Trump will learn and grow. I think you will find his next debate will be more focused on certain points. I think it may be better to spread the slam dunks out. People are going to remember the next one more than this one. The next debate will be even better. Have a little faith.
